How do I find a property in a particular town or city?
Type the town or postcode into the search box on the homepage and choose the property type. In the results you can refine by price, bedrooms, floor area, condition and EPC rating, and switch between the list and the map.
View all properties for saleCan I also search for property abroad?
Yes. As well as Belgium, you'll find properties in the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy, among others. Type a country into the search box or pick one under Property abroad. Without a location, you search all countries at once.
View properties for sale in SpainCan I see properties near me?
Yes. On the homepage, click 'Use my location'. Your browser will ask for permission; you'll then see all properties within 20 kilometres, nearest first. Your location is not stored.
How do I save a property?
Click the heart on a property. Your favourites are on the Favourites page and are stored in your browser, even without an account.

How do I list my property?
Create a free account, click 'List your property' and fill in the details, location and photos. You can add up to 20 photos; the first one is the main photo.
List your propertyHow much does a listing cost?
Professional accounts list at no extra cost. Private sellers and landlords pay a fixed fee per listing (shown when you place it); the property then stays online for 60 days. With a boost, your property appears at the top of the search results.
How do I edit my listing or take it offline?
Go to your account and then My properties. There you can edit the property, mark it as sold or let, withdraw it temporarily or delete it.
How do I receive enquiries?
Applicants fill in the contact form on the property page. You receive the enquiry by email and can find it in your account under Enquiries, where you can mark it as handled.

How do I change the language of the site?
Choose your language at the top of the page: Nederlands, Français, English or Deutsch. The site remembers your choice for your next visit. Listing descriptions stay in the language the advertiser wrote them in.
I've forgotten my password.
On the sign-in page, click 'Forgotten your password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to choose a new password.
Reset passwordWhat do you do with my data?
We only use your data to run your account and deliver enquiries to the right advertiser. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Send an email to info@devastgoedmarkt.be from your account's email address. We will delete your account, properties and enquiries within 30 days.
